Back in 1965, I ventured into the insurance business in Montreal, with a company called Apex Insurance. I then had a stint with Investors Overseas Service (I.O.S)., where I was primarily selling mutual funds and life insurance. I now have close to fifty-four years of experience in this field of work and it’s put to excellent use at my firm.
At Gene Meyer Insurance Agencies Ltd., we deal with large groups, unionized groups, and small groups, which gives us the freedom to choose from many insurance carriers and offer the best services to clients.
As a business, I believe what sets us apart from the others is our exceptional service. Apart from excellent customer service, we provide a stream of newsletters, industry updates and fast, efficient updates on the clients’ everyday situations.
We take immense pride selling employee benefits and assisting those in need. Helping companies save money, improve benefits, and refine their service is what keeps us going. Moreover, delivering cheques to surviving relatives has also been an enjoyable and gratifying part of our business.
When I am not at work, I spend time flying my airplane and healing others with crystals.
